Heres an interesting auction on our local website , I,ve never heard of
it before but if its the real deal its a super piece of memorabilia.
Maybe Damian has heard of it ?

That is a pretty fascinating piece of memorabelia. It just goes to show that even at the worst of times, people still enjoy a good game!

Sorry I haven't heard of it. I have seen programs from NZ vs SA divisions in WWII. Great piece of history though. I see teh NZ teams are firing on all cylinders in the Super 14. The South Africans are as always a bit slow to adapt.

Guys I guess a game of rugby would have been a walk in the park
after serving on the western front , hopefully some one locally sheds
some more light on it and it gets posted on the auction.

Damian the crusaders sure hit their straps last week ,even wellington
looked a little less rusty last night [who,d be a canes supporter ].

Support you local team Rob. You get some guys who only support a winning team. I am a Sharks man through and through. Even if they are rubbish they are still my rubbish. I didn't really shed a tear for the Bulls though. They got what they deserved. Anyway I was glad to see that in the Battle of the Somme match the Kiwis beat the French.
