Hi guys,

Just a quick post to show you our WWI Aussie Light Horse Machine Gunners at Palestine C.1918.

This set is available in MATT or GLOSS (or as a KIT) and the figures are available wearing sun helmets (shown), slouch hats with plumes or peaked service caps.

Like all our figures and sets, this one is available from Treefrog Treasures.

Regards :)

Hello Craig & Jason,
that is a fine set your are showing here.
I checked out your lines here on the TF website last night and there are many attractive figures.
Would you have some pictures of gloss painted figures to show here as samples?
I would appreciate that.

Hi guys and thank you for your responses,

Our figures are normally supplied MATT but GLOSS and SATIN finishes are always available by request.

Attached is a sample pic of our GLOSS finish. This chap is an ANZAC Private of the 16th Battalion 1st AIF storming the Gallipoli Peninsular in 1915.

We'll get to it and post an assortment of shiny troops types very soon.

Regards from OZ :)

Today I received my first Toy Soldier from Wilson Edward of Australia and I must say that I am very happy with it.
It is a Autralian Light Horse Trooper, 10th (Western Australian) Regiment, Damascus 1918, Mounted Service Dress.
A beautiful figure, very well sculpted and with a fine paint finish.
I went for the gloss option.
Thank you very much, Craig and Jason.
This is my first figure from you guys but it will not be the last one :)
For all to see I have a few pictures attached.
Hope you enjoy them.

Nice piece Konrad.
I've got some castings (modern stuff and Aussie Gallipoli) to paint up. I'll get photos up when I start.

Here a few more to show it a little closer.
I particularly love the idea with the cat touching the horses head.
Not sure though what he is smoking
That is a hell of a cigarette he is holding in his hands ;) :D
Happy Collecting!

Stunning and Superb stuff!
I love the detail, the GLOSS(It really works with these figures and timeperiod)
and the little neat goings on, like the cigarette and kitten.
I am truly enamored!

Hi guys and thanks very much for your comments. It's always great to get some feedback, both good & bad, which helps us keep our focus and continue to produce high quality models for collectors (and ourselves).

On the drawing board are some charging Australian Light Horseman at Beersheba C.1917 (12th & 4th Regiments), some mounted WWI French Cavalry (early war) and an entrenched WWI Turkish Maxim Machine Gun & Crew so stay tuned! Also due for release soon are some WWI Ausralian Camel Corps (pic of master figures below).

Regards from down-under,
