Hi again Guys,
Here's another one of our latest releases - Lt. Adnan, national war hero of Singapore and Malaysia.
Those of you who are well-versed on the topic of WWII, in particular the battle and fall of Singapore, would be familiar with the "Battle of Opium Hill" and Lt. Adnan's role in it. He led his 42-man platoon against 13,000 Japanese troops to defend the Pasir Panjang Ridge in Singapore. They fiercely held the enemy off for 2 days of continuous assault, before eventually being overwhelmed.
There was never any doubt that we had to include him in our Singapore Heritage collection, and here he is in his ceremonial parade uniform, carefully recreated from archival photos. :smile2:
We also did our best to recreate his medals and crests with decals as well. Hope you like him!
If you have any existing WWII collections, Lt. Adnan will be a great addition. He will be compatible with most 1/30 scale set ups.
Stock is expected to arrive in late Dec 2020 - Jan 2021, but we are making him available for pre-orders now. There's also an Early Bird promo available till 31 Dec 2020.
