I understand that some of the manufacturers occasionally read these forums, and after rewatching Zulu Dawn I had an interesting idea for a potential vignette Britains could produce... Why not produce a vignette/set of COL Pulleine and his staff handing off the Colours to LTs Melvill and Coghill before their famous ride? Could make a great centerpiece for any Isandlwana diorama.

As an actively serving US Army combat arms officer, I fully admit that it's unlikely that these events transpired in such a sense but nonetheless it's a romanticized event that has become part and parcel of Anglo-Zulu War lore.

Would anyone else be interested in such a set?

agree with you, there is also so much more that can be done as vingettes,
hand to hand combat set with 3 figures on single base, 2 zulu attacking 24 th foot, or like contes old Trioni set 2 large dioramas with zulus and 24th at barricades, that joining to make one very large one,

the single figures have become , mean this in a ice way boring, they need something great like there older sets
