N.F.L. 24-25 Season (5 Viewers)

As soon as the Texans won, I told my friend there is no way they will be on at night, if it was Steelers/Patriots, then yes.

Players on the Rams might be from all over, but they don't practice in cold weather day in and day out like teams in cold weather cities do.

The Rams lost to the Iggles last year in the playoffs, it was cold and snowing, they were doomed.
I think the Rams struggles in cold weather playoff games has less to do with the weather and more to do with playing great teams. Philly had a great team last year. They destroyed everyone in the playoffs and SB except the Rams who came within a hair of beating them. Caleb Williams played at USC. I'm sure the cold is not his friend. I'm worrying more about the Rams D that played lights out for the first half of the season but have stunk down the stretch. A terrible secondary. The Rams can put up points against anyone but it may not be enough to overcome a lousy D. Very much like recent USC teams.

Doug i am pulling for your Rams. I like Stafford and enjoy watching Puca anf company.

The Giants are a good choice by Hardblow. There are no expectations there. If he does anything other than go 0-17, it will be deemed a success.
Got news for you but this team isn’t that far from being a playoff team. The expectations will be high. They have the QB and some good players. I would be surprised if they didn’t win 9 or 10 games next year.

Not exactly high expectations. Nine or ten wins would qualify them for last place in the NFC West. It's hard to stay awful forever, though. Only the Jets have succeeded.

Considering they’ve been bad for so long, that would be a step forward. Jets fans are not happy today because they see the Giants taking a first step while the Jets are mired in a morass.

I'm more worried now about the wind in Chicago than the cold. The wind can be the great disrupter. At least they are not playing on Monday where the high in Chicago will be 8 degrees.

Too many mistakes on the road by the Bills. Gotta turn it around and wipe that smile off of Nix. Another one i could not stand in college. Him and Payton what a lovely combo. Never thought I would be pulling for the Bills.

I dont necessarily disagree with pass int calls in Denver game but why only call it in overtime and ignore all game?

I had no skin in this game but it's a real shame that the refs decided it. No way the first call was PI. That was the game decider. I also thought the catch/INT should have gone to the Bills. The receiver has the catch when he hits the ground with a defender on top of him and the ball is pulled away after he was down. Josh Allen is now 0-9 in OT. Some guys like him and Dan Marino are snake bit.

I have to agree on all pts. That was a great game that should have kept going. The refs were a huge part to that finish.

This game is a bridge too far for the Niners. Playing Seattle, Philly, and Seattle again with all those injuries was just too much. I have a lot of respect for them but they are being taken to the woodshed. It's getting ugly. Good to see Cooper Kupp out there. A great player and guy.

That was a major annihilation. With all the injuries, they took the season as far as they could, probably farther than anyone could have expected.

With Bo Nix gone, tomorrow’s Pats Texans game will decide who goes to the SB.

Brad:

Agreed, it was a great season considering how many injuries they had.

He apparently broke his ankle near the end or on a pointless kneel down in OT. Unreal. If the Pats win today and then get a Broncos team without a QB, they will officially be the luckiest team in the history of all sports. The Seahawks bus will probably crash on the way to the Super Bowl and the Pats will win by default.
