Things that I really like (3 Viewers)

Finally got around to seeing "Roofman" the other day, had is saved for awhile; what a great movie, very well done, Tatum was great as the main character.

I actually felt badly for the guy, it's a great watch.

Beyond comical when the dye pack blew up in his face.
Peter Dinklage...I love him....great actor...my absolute favorite "little person or midget"...sorry...I'm not sure what is politically correct...but I will watch anything he is in...when Hollywood is looking for someone of his diminutive size for a role...his agent is the first one to get a call...

loved him in Game of Thrones...his decadent life style and frequency of visiting bordellos...always reminded me of Charlie Sheen...not a great role model...but he crushed that part...

I got to watch Roofman...

Luka is averaging close to 40 points per game over the last ten games or so including several road games but barely even discussed for MVP. What exactly would he have to do to win MVP? Wilt had the greatest season of all time when he averaged 50 points per game.

He'd have to play defense better than a traffic cone like he does now.

Pulling for Iowa, Purdue, Michigan and a meteor strike today and tomorrow.

Duke/UConn; I'd rather watch a hanging, at least one of them will be out.

Speaking of defense…..

I loved hearing Charles Barkley (who is a huge hockey fan) say that if Luka Doncic was a forward in the NHL coaches would not put him on the ice even if they were up by 5 and on the power play.

I have zero respect for any pro hockey or basketball player who sucks at defense; they can be good at it, they are too lazy to bother, all they what to do is score goals/shoot the basketball.

Stop half it.

If you can average 40 per game, I'm not sure that you need to play defense.

How many NBA championships did Barkley win?

I guess no one is doing that since the Lakers have won 11 out of the last 12. I'll take 40 points a game from anyone and take my chances on the opponent having a player who can average 41.
Yeah, they're on a roll, shoe ins for another title because the West is so soft with a bunch of tomato cans standing in their way.

No matter the sport, offense wins games, defense wins championships. It's as old as time itself.

I haven't seen too many NBA teams playing defense lately. It's a run and shoot three-pointers league. The top five teams in the west including the two teams with the best record in the NBA are averaging over 115 points per game.

Duke choking away a 19 point lead and blowing their game to UConn.

The overexposed, overhyped Boozer brothers can now make a commercial on how not to perform the Heimlich maneuver.

That game winning shot will be played on a loop forever now, glorious.

I love it when a team is running the fast break and the guy with the ball running up the court passes it BACKWARDS to a guy who heaves up a three; the showtime Lakers weep.

The no kings protest in Boston yesterday.

Makes perfect sense to me; Burger King is and always will be terrible for you. That's what this is all about, right, because all I see protesting are middle aged white women with liberal arts degrees that look like wrecking balls with more rolls than a bakery with faces that would make a freight train take a dirt road, thus proving how bad Burger King truly is for you.

These are the Martha Vineyard's types. White, college educated liberals who can espouse all manner of nonsense because it has no implications for their own lives. There are no illegals or homeless people allowed into their neighborhoods. After the protest, they can knock off for a fancy lunch feeling good about themselves. It's wine and cheese time in their gated communities. Imagine spinning the narrative that you are living in Nazi Germany but can still freely protest. Even put on a giraffe or dinosaur suit and make a fool of yourself. They are fighting invisible enemies of their own creation. I do believe that some type of mind virus has impacted many folks. Whether that is intentional or the unintentional product of the information age is the only unknown.
