These are the Martha Vineyard's types. White, college educated liberals who can espouse all manner of nonsense because it has no implications for their own lives. There are no illegals or homeless people allowed into their neighborhoods. After the protest, they can knock off for a fancy lunch feeling good about themselves. It's wine and cheese time in their gated communities. Imagine spinning the narrative that you are living in Nazi Germany but can still freely protest. Even put on a giraffe or dinosaur suit and make a fool of yourself. They are fighting invisible enemies of their own creation. I do believe that some type of mind virus has impacted many folks. Whether that is intentional or the unintentional product of the information age is the only unknown.

Virtue signaling at it's finest, apparently none of these people have had a family member or friend shoved onto railway tracks, raped and murdered while out for a jog or murdered in their own home by an ex employee looking to rob them.

we used to have an old Gypsy family in Galveston...Romanian or Czechoslovakian...I can’t recall their family name...but the matriarch was called Madame Palm...and for $20 she would tell your future…

but I think you got her beat...to be able to just look at a photo of someone and be able to tell where they are from and know their educational background...not to mention what they are going to eat for lunch...that’s pretty cool…

If these estimated 8 million marchers that “make a fool of themselves” marching...are committed enough to take time out of their day to march for what they believe…

my feeble attempt at a little prognosticating is that they are the type of people that will definitely be at the polls in 9 months voting...these people are committed...

There is rarely a single minority in their midst. The demographic is older white libs, with a few younger (mostly paid to be there) anarchists who attend all such protests regardless of the cause. I agree with you, however, that the Dems are going to win big in the upcoming midterms. They have the full backing of our media who spins every story in the most anti-Trump manner. They have done that for over a decade with no end in sight. It has affected the minds of many people. It won't be a case of the Dems winning but the Republicans losing. The Dems have no agenda except to oppose Trump. If he cured cancer, they would say he did it only for profit and was contributing to overpopulation. Be careful what you wish for. Opposition can work when you are in the minority but not when you are in charge. We need look no further than Biden's disastrous presidency to prove that.

and you don't need to spin any Trump stories...they are "bat poo crazy" enough in themselves...no need to add a spin to any of them...

Iran is begging for a deal...right...sure...okay...

and the Democrats have no announced agenda...nobody and no fortune teller has any idea what the Democrat's agenda is...

maybe Trump will cure cancer soon...I'm sure Kennedy is working on that right now...

you can't keep blaming Biden forever...Biden is long gone...been long gone...and we are now in our worse shape ever over less than 1 1/2 years under Trump...

our national debt is going be be astronomical when Trump leaves office...

and Cuba is next right...mired in the sand in Iran and ready to start another engagement...how about taking care of us at home for a change...

With this massive uprising/surge/movement against Trump, it's astounding that he defeated Harris in the manner in which he did; she did not win a single swing state.

Not even a married one.

Had Harris won, we'd have no tariffs and no war in Iran; but our border would still be wide open, our foreign policy would be a joke and based on the way she spent money during her campaign, we'd be broke as a country.

I guess the old adage is true; if you are loud enough, your voice gets heard over the others.

We'll see how things go in November.

And gee, sorry; when I see videos of these people protesting, or worse yet, hear them speaking, the word unhinged comes to mind.

And it's not just one or two videos, it's literally every video; more than half of them don't even have a clue what they are protesting.

My youngest sister, who's a diehard Democrat, told me yesterday while we were on the way to church for our Mothers two year memorial service "These 'protestors' are not doing my party any favors, they are embarrassing"..........so I threw this out there "So you did not go to the no kings rally in Boston yesterday then huh?", her reply was "I wouldn't be caught dead there."

If people are so unhappy with a far right Republican president after they were unhappy with a far left president, not sure what is left for 2028; let's go back to a far left Democrat and see how things go shall we?

When Trump is out of office in 2028, I'll feel sorry for so many people as they will no longer have someone to direct their hate towards, it will be time to find a new hobby.

Those shots of the no kings rallies around the country were something.....................funny thing though, two things that were missing; minorities and for the most part, US flags. The local media here in MA did reports from towns like Wellesley, Newton and Concord, all wealthy suburban towns; yeah, those people live such hardscrabble lives, must be tough being them.
