While several of his guards stand near, General Washington reviews the upcoming campaign with General Rochambeau.

Meanwhile, Agent 355 has crossed the Devil's Belt at night, slipping out of British-occupied Long Island unseen. This morning, she brings a basket containing strawberries and intelligence regarding British troop strength and movements to Culper, Sr.

Washington's spy ring was fairly elaborate. Major Benjamin Tallmadge (Culper, Sr.) ran the operations around New York. Agent 355 is known only as "a lady"; her true identity was never revealed.

I built this small diorama using a display box for a football that I found at a craft store. It makes a handy base, and the cover helps protect the contents. This was my first attempt at using Woodland Scenics' Static Grass. I'm not completely satisfied with the result, but I will continue to experiment with it.

You did a great job with this set up! I have all these figures in my collection except for the strawberry seller. She's been on my want list for some time and I think you've convinced me that now is the time to buy her.

Great story telling via diorama.
Thank you. I like to explain a scene to myself as I work on grouping the figures and making the base. Static poses can be challenging but do allow for some imaginative explanations of what is going on.

Thank you. If I’m not mistaken, I saw the pattern of the lady’s skirt on some fabric at Colonial Williamsburg two years ago. There is a great deal of detail in the figure.

You really captured this science, looking forward to more of your work!
