Can I gatecrash this forum to ask for advice. My stepson's grandmother lived in Rye and commissioned/bought figures relating to the battle of Waterloo from the Rye Mint (Chris Viner?) at least 25years ago maybe more. They were put into storage but he curved the lances of some of the knights. Please see photos. Can anyone advise on how to straighten them.
Also he is no longer interested in keeping them and I would appreciate advice on a suitable site to list them on to sell. Not eBay.
All help appreciated

Hi, Steve!

I never heard of the Rye Mint. Honestly, these are of middling quality in terms of the paint job, and as a collector and a painter myself, I wouldn't offer more than a couple of bucks for each. I would look on eBay for wargaming figures and look at the final sale prices, to get an idea of what they're going for. Others might be willing to pay a little more than that, but I'm not sanguine about your chances.

Prost!
