Hey Rob, you left out three more choices! How about the British Mark IV, the German Strumpazerwagen A7V, or the French Renault F.T.17? :D

Its true, there were many other contenders.I could have added Churchill Crocodile,Sherman Flail,KV1...but i had to draw the line somewhere!:)

Hey Andy,

When can we expect some WWI armor and artillery? How about the entrance of the Americans, French, Russians, Turks, etc...? I would imagine there will be one more release of WWI this year since the German Uhlans came out the other month? Can't wait to see. This range has so many possibilites.

I tried to list the Tanks that seem to be most in demand or talked about, sorry just couldn't list them all.

Rob

Problem with your list is K & C have made most of them already :(

Rob, God Bless you- hope you get up and about again.........

well, since it doesn't specify that it HAS to be WW2 armor

M1A2 ABRAMS gets my vote- ALWAYS!!!

Otherwise, I would really like to see a skirted Panver IV for Normandy.

If I had to pick on this list, I'd take a KT in Ardennes camo- it's a MUST- still just blows my mind that it hasn't been done yet!!

Combat- the JS-2 may not be that far off- KC seems to be throwing out the big guns this year with the Elephant and the mounted 88

Personally, I'm very surprised (and quite pleased) that the Sherman Firefly is leading several of the German subjects! There really is hope for all you panzer guys :)

Thats very kind of you, cheers mate, drugs have kicked in already and i'm starting to feel looser:)

KT Ardenne camo would be a must have.

Rob

True, but the joy is in the new versions!;)

Rob

Would be nice my General if you posted the photos of what you've listed taking part in the poll. I've a good hunch you've got them all:):):).....The Lt.

I used to not even look at the Deseert pieces but ince the SAS stuff came out I've been fighting the urge, and almost losing:D:D:D:D:D

But I think if K&C made a Desert Sherman that would be me gone:cool::eek::eek::D:eek:

It's nice to see that the votes for Allied armor are outpacing the votes for German armor by a wide margin (so far) :)

Re: Armor Poll.

What no Tiger I ? :confused::rolleyes::D

My list is over in the HB section "Armor Wish List" and contains a lot that isn't listed.

I thought you did a great job with selecting the armor- missed mine for the most part but it's a pretty good list.

I gotta say, KC has a lot of armor fans out there and I know there are a lot of fans of armor in general on this forum. I just wish you guys could've had some of the experience with the "Big Guns" like myself or Dave have had. You really REALLY REALLY have no idea what it's like to sit in as a driver or gunner or just be part of a modern day tank crew- an Abrams (or probably any of the Abrams spinoffs like Merkava, Challenger, Leopard II, etc). It is just OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! 55 tons of twisted steel and sex appeal.

The Abrams, you tuck yourself nice and snug right under that big 120 mike mike and you sit like you are on a Harley- no joke, it has these huge lateral controls that you operate it with. And then, just cruise across the desert- nothing like it in the world- and I mean, that Jet turbine gets ROCKIN and you just float across the desert just knocking stuff out left and right. Instantly, you know you are in the most powerful battle machine on the planet and you just feel the rush of 3 millenium of cavalry/ heavy weapons warfare come alive at the controls.........

oh man...........you would just have to experience it to fully appreciate it. It's like taking a 65 Mustang or 68 Camaro across Satans Highway (when it was there) and just letting the top down, cranking the radio up and letting loose...............just nothing like it fellas.

Hi Chris,

You give me goose bumps just thinking of the Abrams she is a really nasty ride!

All the best

Dave

Gentlemen

Must we discuss (again) the Superior Tank of all of NATO:

LEOPARD II !

:D :D :D

Well it looks like overnight just about every Tank but the little Hetzer increased its vote, funny because i thought Gordons repaint job on this was superb.

Chris,

Where do I report for my ride? I'm short enough to feel comfortable in a tank, but I think I've gotten too wide to fit through the hatches - can I spray them with PAM?

I got to drive an M60 for about a block back in the 70's (a fellow was trying to get me to join the USAR) - even that is quite an experience! I've gotten to ride a few things - M41 light tank, M113APC, M7 Priest, and halftrack and I do love to get to ride in armored vehicles. I can see where you get the rush.

I'd love to get to go to a range where Abrams are doing live fire, I'll bet that is quite an experience too. The Army could offset their cost by selling tickets to a viewing stand at the range area. I'd go for the season pass.
