Excellent painting! The black lining really brings out the detailing on them.

Top Notch painting skills ! Far cleaner and disciplined painting style than mine.
Get yourself some new Italeri British Light Dragoons .It is a superb plastic set and very usefull for painting various British and Allied LT Dragoons. All charging brandishing sabre.
Again, excellent work!

Excellent work, looks as good as some of the big guys' metal figures.

I absolutely agree. Those figures look stunning. Very good job.
What a great opportunity to assemble a large army on a budget.
Unfortunately only for the ones with the necessary skills
Thanks for posting such fine work.

thanks guys ,for comments,as we know plastic is a lot cheaper and with a paint job you can get some decent size armies done.
fubar i will be after the brit cav set next ,i have read they are a bit bigger than the older mounted italeri.
i wish more people would put there painted stuff on the board, doesnt matter what standard, just good to see what other periods and sets are being done.

Nice painting! And I like the guy picking up the cannon ball, different from the usual standing poses that are around.

Those are also very nice. How do they compare in size to K&C; I have read they are supposed to be 1/35 which would suggest they are much smaller than 60 mm?

I Think they would be a little to small for K&C....unlesss you place them apart.
They are a touch taller then the other ACTA sets...But i would say they are a nice 54mm or 1/32.
I have placed them next to Britains and they look ok :D
Cheers

Some French Cav A call to Arms and Italeri the ACTA are a little smaller.
but its not like the horses were fed that great anyway :)

Very nicely done. You have some great painting skill...these guys look great. Perhaps this is the answer to the affordable Napoleonic cavalry question...espectially if one is after a rather large display.

Thanks for sharing your work.
