I think this may have been discusse dbefore a wee while ago, but what about if King and Country made WW2 sets that they paint a Summer version of, and then another Winter version of?:)
Like when they did the old Germans for the Stalingrad range?:D

Just like they did with the M24 Chaffee Tank?:D
Or the newer Sd. Kfz. 251/22 Pakwagen Ausf. D ?

Think this would really appeal to collectors, as some of the Winter sets would look great as Summer sets I think:)

Think the destryoed Sherman would be a nice Summer piece?:)
Just like Alex Prieto did?:)

Only Andy would know if the dual season items both sell, but I think that it would be a good idea, as I do not collect any winterized stuff...Michael

the wounded sherman set is really different & would be a must have for me if it was released in a summer version i would buy the winter version but at the moment i only have D-Day british & 8th Army sets so wouldn't have any way of displaying it

I really like the battle damaged winter Sherman. I would really like a summer/Normandy edition. However, I am not a fan of the re-paints. I would prefer that K/C not simply re-paint a vehicle or figure, I like the distinctness found in different posses or versions rather than different paint schemes.

i agree but a damaged summer sherman would be good if they place the damage at a different point of the body of the tank? & it had different figures with it maybe a british crew?

Just because a vehicle was in winter combat, doesn't necessarily mean it was painted white,,,

That is very true. We already have several K&C (Hertzer, Winter Hummel) and some US pieces which have no whitewash but the figures with them are in winter clothing including some German white camo clothing.
