Here we go again! Tonight I had yet another auction canceled for
"Hateful or Discriminatory"! Funny thing it was for a King & Country item I
bought last week on.......Ebay!
This just shows why I rate Ebay "The Worst Run Company in America"
when speaking with "PowerSeller" No-Customer Service I was informed than no figure or miniature can be sold on Ebay wearing a German Uniform!
When I advised them this was silly and that there were currently scores of items running they said "Oh No" Nothing mentioning Hitler, or with any kind of German uniform or swastika was allowed. A quick search revealed 398 items with pictures of Hitler and swastika's! Coins, stamps, military items, figures, you name it.
I have requested a call back tomorrow, and I will call their corporate office in the morning. I really don't expect to get anywhere but I do have a talent for this sort of thing.
Can you image the idiot that decided a german uniform on a toy soldier was unacceptible?
Of course under WW2 German Dagger you have 115 listings!
Thank goodness they didn't have any of those toy soldiers back then......we might have lost the war!
Customer Service is usually the key to a successful company. In this case their success is pure dumb luck, no customer service visible. However there
stock is mired at $21 where it has been for the last year! One year target is......$22!
Earnings are flat, and even with almost no debt they pay no dividen and can't move!
Old Meg Whitman really ran them into the ground......and now she wants to be gov of California!
With her in charge that place would surely fall into the ocean!
Good luck to anyone selling any German Figures!
