Due to a water pipe breaking in my basement. I was forced into making change and repair. With the carpet flooded and other major work in cleaning up it was time to make changes.:(

Work in process, but I am seeing the light.:) Only thing is I made my man cave a little too nice which is being watched on what goes back downstairs. John

Water main break in the foundation wall into the basement. Why could it not break 6 inches on the outside.

After water clean-up the tear down started on panelling. I might as well add foam insulation and new wiring with more circuits and new lights.

Pink foam board between studs. Insulation will help in the winter. I would prefer to use the foam board and chainsaw for dioramas.:D

My neighbor Jim (ex paratrooper) helped me cut up the big desk with a reciprocating saw. Six wheel barrel's full to get to the dump.

New lighter oak panelling and my old kitchen which was put downstairs for my work area. I did not install ceilings because they double your taxes on the property because they say it is more "living space". Go Figure.

Wow that is certainly a nice large space! When you get it done so may never

be seen outside again!:D

Especially during the winter!

Keep us posted on your adventure!:)
