On one of the other threads there has been some interest in the figures made by Graham Mollard. So I thought I would start a new thread showing some of the photos that I took of these rather wonderful figures at the London shows this year.

Last ones. All these are hand made and animated , then the details are soldered on.

These figures are gorgeous and beautifully animated.

Thanks for sharing those, Jeff! They're very nicely done, and look like they'd fit in a display with some of the other makers' figures that are available today.

Prost!

It does indeed, thank you Benard. I guess they don't have an email address then?

I'm also, interested in some of those pieces! Does anyone know the average price of a foot figure and a mounted figure in $US? From the photos, it looks as if pieces are sold in sets, but I would like to know more. I have never seen these figures in the US, does anyone know if these are carried by a US dealer? An e-mail address would be helpful. Thanks!

Steve

What ranges do they do?I see Napoleonics and Medieval knights, anything else?

Well if I had their email address, those were among the questions I was going to ask them.;)

Bill,

If you want I will give them a ring on Tuesday to ask?

Jeff

Why thank you Jeff, that would be most kind and appreciated.

I had a phone conversation with Graham this afternoon, who came across as a very nice person and has a very flexible approach to producing his figures.

Graham can produce one offs in virtually any period in matt (or gloss can be supplied at no extra charge). Figures can be slightly altered to give variation in a unit, different horse positions by request.

Prices are typically £35 for a foot figure, £40 for a foot flag bearer, and £80 for a mounted figure and £90 for a mounted flag bearer.

The cost for overseas orders is worked out using the exchange rate on the day.

Cheques can be in $US, GBP, or Bank transfers can be arranged, Pay Pal might be acceptable in some cases. Best to contact Graham directly.

Thank you for the info... I like the mounted figures he produces! Those mounted Napoleonic kettle drummers are especially nice!
