Anyone want to wager on whats going to be announced in the next couple of days? Personally I'm hoping that these First World War rumors that have been circulating are borne out.:)

I would really like to see some RAF .....but that might be too soon in the year or Battle of Britain??????....maybe some Berghoff additions......Operation Market Garden.....American Revolution.....and last but not least.....Egyptians!!!!!!

Well, that certainly narrows it down. When's Rob back? He seems to be the only sensible one over there. And he can see things in the future.

Terry

Rob? The sensible one?
I believe he's otherwise detained and receiving medication at a special hospital, after annoucing that he could see things in the future. ;)

Clearly I meant how soon after the January 1 New Years Day holiday has K&C released their dispatches. The first business day of 2010 is Monday, January 4th, so I would not expect dispatches before then.

Terry

I did check with K&C about release of next Despaches and was told it would be 4 JAN.
Happy New Year to all,
Regards
Brett

The year 2010 marks several anniversaries, so we should see the following;
For the first few months of 2010 there will be sets devoted to the 70th anniversary of the fall of France. One set will be a combined set of Germans marching past tearful civilians. In March we will see a full 1/30th scale Ludendorff Bridge from Remagen, complete with M26 tank and a figure of LT Karl Timmermann. The big set of April will be a finale to the Berghof sets. To mark the 65th anniversary of Hitler doing the world a big favor there will be a figure of him sitting in a chair holding a cyanide capsule in one hand and a pistil in the other. May marks the 65th anniversary of VE day, so there will be a set of GIs meeting Russians, complete with sneering commissar. During the summer will come multiple sets for the Battle of Britain including old civillian men manning a lookout post, Home Guard drilling with muskets and brooms and a full RAF fighter control center with officers and female plotters around the map table.
In August we get 1/30th models of "Fat Man" and "Little Boy".
In September we get a full 1/30th scale USS Missouri (this will be built in installments and take the rest of the year to issue.

So happy collecting!

Gary B ;-)

Hmmm...... A 30 foot US Missouri.
Wonder if I could still afford the payments on it after the inevitable divorce it would cause....

30 foot Missouri??????.....I am not sure if my wife will let me build another garage...but if there is going to be some British Destroyer's in the coming years I will start asking now!!!!!!!! just kidding

Really, Rob, we love you. Now, can you tell us who will the World Cup in 2010?

Come on Brad, America is going to win the World Cup this year. We're going to crush the English in the first game.

Now before you have any doubts just remember that we did bail Europe out of two world wars.

Keep it silly

Nah, we need to make it to the Quater Finals so we can lose to Portugal on penalties, as usual.
