I am trying to find out how many Texan Alamo poses were produced by Trophy. I have a Crockett, fighting a Mexican, a James Bowie and a Travis doing the same. I also have the "Come & Take it" Cannon scene. I know there was a Kentucky Mustang Volunteer fighting a Mexican. Was this same pose used as G.C. Kimball which I believe was issued in 1999? I think a revised Bowie (sitting on a stool) and a revised Travis as well as a Mrs. Dickenson also came out in 1999? Does anyone have a listing of the Alamo Texans by Trophy or any flyer, brochure or catalog listings or pictures? I know there was also a riding Sam Houston figure. Any information is greatly appreciated. Also does anyone know about how many of these figures were produced by Trophy. I really like these glossy figures. Thank you.

Thank you for the outstanding pictures. I was wondering as I do not see Crockett swinging his rifle or Bowie in his bed or the Bowie seated on a stool? Do you know if the Kentucky Volunteer is the same figure later issued as G. C. Kimball as I think it is after looking at one picture in a flyer I saw. Sorry for the poor quality of the photo, but these are some of the Trophy Alamo that I have. These were purchased as one group, so I do not know if the Kentucky Volunteer is pictured. I do not have the Bowie, but will try to find an old catalogue from King's X.

I don't know why I mentioned Bowie in his bed as that is a K & C pose. I made that mistake twice now. K & C had a glossy scene like this and than a flat one with a separate night stand. I do see Sam Houston in the background. I need that figure. I will put up a classified ad for which poses I am looking for.

I talked to Mike Laeding today. He said that because few Alamo were made, these are not easy to find.

ALA4 Mexican Lancer Mounted
ALA5 Sam Houston Mounted
ALA6 Santa Anna Mounted

US-2 Texas War of Independence 1835-1836. The Come and Take It Gun

I checked with a Trophy catalogue from 1995 which has the same listings with the exception of ALA4 which Trophy has listed as A Mounted Lancer of the 1st Tampico Regiment of regular cavalry versus a Volunteer of the Kentucky "Mustangs."
