This is a recent purchase of a nicely built Dio by K&C...anyone know the model number or year of make?

I believe that goes with the Rough Riders release from the early 2000s or may be for use with Stalingrad range.

Brad, with your reply, I went back to the Rough Riders ad on classifieds that I recently made an offer on from Gicop...it appears your right on the Rough Rider answer....according to his ad he mentions "San Juan Hill Top" and it is in his picture
