Well the 88 is still well ahead, wish we could see who voted for what.An AK 88would be so good right now with all the other AK stuff thats coming out.Would that mean we'd need an AK prime mover?.

Can we move on to what is really needed -

NAPOLEONICS !

:D :D :D

Ok,Ok i want a group of British officers on horse back discussing the situation. And also some french officers standing around Napoleon who is either a)Bent over a map on a table or B)Sat in his chair looking over the battlefield or c)Shaking his fist towards Wellington shouting "if it wasn't for you English kids i'd have got away with it"......hang on..sorry i was thinking of Scooby doo not Waterloo!

Rob

I think Napoleon is often viewed as the aggressor - which may have been true in most instances. But my vague memory on Waterloo is that the French king and/or allies had reneged on the terms of his original exile (making certain monetary payments). When he returned to France and assumed power the allies began preparations to attack France (regime change!). So he basically had no choice but to take the offensive against England and Prussian forces in Europe.

NAPOLEON was really just misunderstood.

Funny thing (and i may be wrong)but after Waterloo didn't Napoleon want to live in England but was refused?

Yes, even in defeat NAPOLEON wanted to help the poor english gain some understanding of Liberty, Fraternity and Equality - it was the kind of guy he was. :D

He was also under the impression that it never rained there and the food was good.

Chicken Tikka Masala - Origins - Newcastle
Spagetti alla Carbonara - Origins - Peckham
Sweet and Sour Pork Hong Kong Style - Origins - Birmingham
New York Rack of Ribs - Origins - Manchester
Beef Wellington - Origins - All over the civililized world - HA!
