New Model Army Tiger Tank (1 Viewer)

At the itme of their release, they were pretty compatable with the K&C Tigers of that era, being very similar in size to the WS43 / WS70 Tigers. A fraction shorter and lower, but next to nothing in it size wise. The K&C Tigers had a slight edge in detail, but not by much, the tank commanders that came with the NMA Tigers were awful though. 1/35 scale (ish) and the painting on the figures was not good.

Wow, I thought they didn't go to production. Can you post a pic Wraith?

They didn't get as far as an actual production run. There were a few prototypes / samples that made it across to the UK. The Marders were always going to be released sans crew, with crew figures being available to buy seperately (a current trend now).

Wraith, your Tigers are looking good and don't see much difference with the early KC Tiger. That Marder II is really special. I'm surprised nobody made a production of that AFV, as it was quite common in the war compared to other AFV toys already produced. Thanks for the pics.

My pleasure.
I agree, there's a distinct lack of Marders amongst the 'big guns' line up. CS did the III, which I picked up, but other than that, I don't think it's been touched apart from some 21st Century plastic / diecast.
