Mine are all pre sold out already except one Red Baron version (I note TF has the other two listed but not the Red Baron one - I guess that means TF do not have any complete sets left).

For those who have ordered from me the majority are going for all three.

This release gives dealers an interesting dilemma. I had a collector call me today who only wanted the Goring version and had been told he would be going into a lucky draw with another dealer who did not have enough to meet demand. Like me that dealer was getting most people buying all 3. If I sold the caller my last Goring it would mean I would have to break up my last set of 3. I told him I would note his details and see if I had single buyers for the Voss and Red Baron and get back to him. Almost at the same time an email came in from a regular I had spoken to on Saturday confirming he wanted all 3.

Goring seems to be the most popular at my end but that is probably because a few already got the Jenkins Red Baron Fokker.

I think Mitch was being optimistic when he mentioned dealers might still have at Christmas time. Perhaps somebody might check the dealers when they actually arrive next month as will be interesting to see if any has any left then.

If you want all three do not wait too long or you may have to source different versions from more than one dealer.

As the saying goes "for your information and any action you deem appropriate" (from my old Govt paperwork days).

This brings up the interesting question as to the very limited numbers of the Albatros releases. I do not recall reading or hearing anything about these aircraft being a limited edition, and they are not labled as such, yet their numbers of 150 each is far less than even the Limited Edition 250 series. Anybody know why the Albatros numbers are so small, and why they were not advertised as a limited edition? Just interested because, from just the reaction on this forum, it seems like these will be a popular release that could have supported far larger numbers. -- Al

I originally thought these were a series 250 release. I was surprised to hear they were each limited to 150 units and that the price point was so reasonable. This K&C experiment is proving successful so perhaps they will either release more units at a later date or increase the production on their next WWI warbird release. {bravo}}
