DAK Panzer II (1 Viewer)

I have just been reading through the new K&C leaflet Rommel in Afrika and noticed on the inside of the last page a different Panzer II tank, turret #4. Anyone know if this one was for sale at any time? I have the #9 turret one AK030.

As far as I know the AK Panzer II came with only 9. The one with the 4 may be one painted up by Gordon Neilson for a display where there was more than one Panzer II.
