Hi Guys,
Re the questions about WS100...Now it can be told...It’s the Focke Wulf “Rammjager” — basically a piloted Flying Bomb...One of Hitler’s stable of “wonder weapons” which the Fuhrer misguidedly believed would magically reverse his fortunes of war at this late stage of the conflict.
Our polystone and metal aircraft comes complete with a young pilot (in the cockpit), a Luftwaffe guard and flight instructor plus a separate towing trolley.
WS101, by the way, is the “SdKfZ.252 Transporter” vehicle, a small halftrack to pull the trolley and aircraft. Vehicle includes Luftwaffe airman in top hatch.
Hope this helps. Best wishes and...happy collecting!
Andy C.
P.S. Photos next week!
Looks like I better start construction on my Luftwaffe airfield!

I wouldn't worry too much about the landing strip.![]()

No, but they do need to take off. Besides, I have some other cool experimental or late war aircraft made by K&C, including the extremely unusual looking Blom & Voss BV 141 and ME 262 Swallow, both of which (1) would look cool on a Luftwaffe dio alongside the Ramjet, and (2) need landing strips!

I thought you'd run out of room and I don't believe you're allowed out of the attic![]()

Looks like I will have to push the tables closer together and add another display table! When there's a will, theres a way.
Louis,
I can't wait to see the book with all of K&Cs early stuff, warbirds included.
By the way, if it helps with your space issue and as a favour to you, I could swap 2 Airfix 1/72 scale model Harrier kits for those warbirds. This would save you the dilema of where to run that landing strip.
I don't need an answer straight away, so please feel free to sleep on it.![]()
