First Dispatches of 2013 (1 Viewer)

I think as soon as the panzer IV comes it will be in many colour ways so, a winter version must be on the cards. If not then some will be repainted. German flak would also be welcome and some more mobile German artillery.
Mitch

Regular opel maultiers, mark iv h for normandy, marder mid series for karkhov, opel blitz ambulance or radio vehicle, mobelwagen, 8th army sherman, and of course normandy fallschirmjager and throw in a little mixed german lot for arnhem.

Will dispatches be on the 2nd as the first a bank holiday ?:redface2: I'm looking forward to some more RAF stuff and it will be interesting to see who get a new jet fighter out first Kc or TG {eek3}

I would think K&C may do a meteor and TG the German jets but, it will, as you say, be interesting to see how this will develop. Speaking of RAF I would like to see some sitting and lying pilots resting between sorties.

I am myself all in on a Winter Panther and Winter Hanomag Halftrack :wink2:

PA44 , I believe we will be seeing the Hanomag in different versions this year & that will be great...The desert version looks awesome...Would also like to see a grey one as well as a winter one...But just off the track here a tad...Since K&C seems to be leaning itself back to the early time of the european conflict... A Pzkpfw 35t or 38t & my favorite Sdkfz 263 would be great to see !
I will attach a pic of a 35t i built , see what everybody thinks about a K&C version of this !

Well since nobody else has I am checking in.

I think obvious we can expect AK items but after that anybody's guess. I will guess ACW and WWI aviation related
purely based on fact not had any releases for a while.

Aren't we to have Dispatches around this time? It's around 4pm in Hong Kong on January 2nd correct? Come on, say it with me: Legion Band, Legion Band, Legion Band.

Rob dude:

Happy New Year dude. Hope all is well on that side of the pond.

Hey you've been to Normandy correct? Did you go to Dunkirk as well? Me and KGB are looking at travel plans for June and France is coming up pretty high on the list. Might even time it to take the chunnel over for the June London show.

Keep it silly

Hey Dude,
Chances of seeing a Legion band in France could be quite high !!!
Plus the hand of the Legion fellow whose name escapes me.

Brett:

That would be the Battle of Camarón. It was FFL Captain Jean Danjou who had the wooden hand. Bet that dude had a stinky pinky.
Said wooden hand is a huge relic in the FFL, its like the crucifix for those dudes man.

Cheers

Chris,

Yes mate I've been to both, if there is any way you can make it to Normandy you won't be sorry. There is just so much to see and explore. You have all the landing beaches, the airborne drop zones, more museums than you possibly see, pill boxes, gun emplacements, Mulberry harbours.......... well you get the picture mate! You would have a ball there and there is nothing like walking on those hallowed beaches. I walked up Omaha when the tide was out and man its incredible ANYONE got off there alive. And you just have to go to Merville Battery and Pegasus bridge where the Brit paras did their thing. Drop me a line when you know you are definitely going and I will send you THE guide book to use for Normandy with an excellent map.

Dunkirk is good and there are things to see, but its not so obvious as Normandy of course.

Best

Rob
