To whom it may concern.....There are so many replies on the " I read the news today...oboy " that the replies are all a muddle... and impossible to read in order of posting......ONE..could you scrap all the replies...leave the original (Andy's) and let them all start again so we can read the posts in order of posting. at least for a short period ..Two....scrap the whole thing as it seems it overyone has had their chance to express an opinion so far and any later opinions expressed end up in the jumble and out of sequence and adding to misunderstandings......just a suggestion....TomB

There are four moderators. However, they all have lives and can't be everywhere at once. The best way to get them to look at an issue is to report a post, the little triangular icon at the bottom of each post.

Brad... I am not worried about any particular post...actually some are amuseing.......what gets my goat is the way the post get jumbled up and out of seq....example...I might post ...now...you read that post when it first comes up on the main thread.... fine...but...if you repily ..it get caught up in the jumple and never seen again...so to speak....the point I would like to make is.....once the replies get too many and become hotie botsly and like a dogs dinner......cancell all the replies except the original and start again....that way posts will be able to be read in order until they jumble up again...OR...just cancel the whole deal,,and if any-one wants to continue on they can start a new post.....I have found once a certain amounts of post accumulate the system turns into a previously stated dogs dinner....may only be my PC that cant handle ......anyway...that is the point I am trying to make...thanks for the reply...TomB

What I was saying is that the mods may not necessarily read your post and if you want to bring something to their attention, it's best to use the report a post feature or send a pm to one of them.

I see that Pat was busy in the wee hours (wee, at least for those in the US) {eek3}

Sorry but this seems a rather unnecessary and certainly controversial request. The thread is no more jumbled that any here and I had no trouble navigating it, nor do I think anyone else should. The replies are what they are. I would think the mods have more important things on their minds.

What is controversial ? clear the jumble and start again...I cant nav through the jumble...apparently far more intelligents can..I cant...I am just as interested in the tread as anyone else...but...I have missed most of the replies because of the nav problems...what is wrong with clearing the jumble and starting fresh.and making the thread navable (NEW WORD) till it jumbles up again......I am always interested in what Mitch has too say...not being sarcastic Mitch...you always put up an interesting discussion...the ..more replies underneath... aint working for me...end up at the same place....DO YOU THINK...I am trying to shut the thread down because I dont like it ?,,,Bulldust....I love it.....my problem is I am missing most of it....please read my post slowly...and reply with the underlined bits you do not understand and I will attempt to answer .....do you think I am calling the replies JUMPLE ? the nav is the jumple...not the replies....cheers TomB

Just a long shot, you are logging in when you read these aren't you?? I only mention because it only says more replies beneath if you are not logged on. Log in and it won't happen mate.

That could be part of the problem...usually I get an auto log out when I post a reply and dont worry about it....I have picked up a couple of time's recently when I have not been logged out and had to log out.....thanks for that...hate missing out on the gossip....Tom
