I just finished another image. I love the crashed HE-111 in the foreground. It must have been hell on earth in Stalingrad from August 1942 through February 1943. That battle had more casualties than any other battle in history.
No wonder the Russian didn't release their German prisoners of war until 1955.

That's great. I was in Moscow a few years ago and they had some fantastic three dimensional dio/paintings of the prominant battles.

I think I know the museum you are referring to. I was in Moscow in 2007 and the museum does have some awesome paintings and a pretty good collection of Russian military vehicles/aircraft, especially of the post WW2 era.
