I purchased this hoplite on ebay. It was advertised as Britains/Herald, but I don't see how since the figure is metal.
Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer?

From the base it is either Stadden (Norman Newton) or Hinton Hunt, most likely Hinton Hunt. That is my best gurss.

I agree with Bob. The base is a giveaway. From the quality of the sculpting, I also say Hinton Hunt.
