Great job Leadman!!! Nice photos. I always love the rev war stuff!!!:D

Am I right in guessing that those figures are Conte?? They don't appear to be K&C.

They have come out very well indeed. What sort of camera are you using and do you use a tripod?
Keep posting more.

Very nice photos. It's almost impossible to get a nice picture of a toy soldier from my experience. BTW: John Jenkins will be releasing a set of British artillery this year for use with his French-Indian line. That should be interesting. His first foray into artillery.

Combat

I am very excited about the new Artillery from John Jenkins too.

Hopefully this will pressure Andy and K&C to update his AWI Artillery as well.

This is Leadman's son who did the photos. I am now using a new Nikon D40 I just got, set for Aperture priority F16 (for depth of field focus) with a tripod (no flash but two lights for lighting). The photos were then edited in Photoshop CS (I use a Mac) and I reduced the size to 8 inches wide and 72 dpi. I use "Save for Web" In Photoshop CS and it seems to get a very nice quality photo that is small enough to be uploaded on this site. I just got the Nikon D40 as my first DSLR (full size digital camera) and I can even use my 28 year old Nikon lenses with it.

Well worth the effort, they came out very well. Makes you wonder what we did in the old days.

About the gun sergeant in the photos. How many times has Andy used that figure? I have the same pose in a French uniform and as a Continental soldier.
