Wow - 3000 Postings !!
Shannon - HRH - I appreciate the honor you have entrusted me.
This has been a fun year so far talking with you guys. I have learned alot about our favorite hobby and certainly been update on all the King and Country News.
This forum for all of its ups and downs has been a great place to meet all of your Great Collectors and although there have been times where some of us have havent gotten along well - I do respect each collector here and their passion for our hobby.
I certainly have made some great new friends and hopefully will make more. My passion sometimes does get the best of me when it comes to King and Country - but, I truely believe Andy's product is the finest overall in the world. I do and have collected other Toy Soldiers than K&C and enjoy them all - my appreciate is not just with K&C - but, there can only be one #1.
I thought about leaving a big blue NAPOLEON on this posting - but, I ddnt want to give fuel to the fire of those who for whatever reason hold that against me. I certainly dont believe there are more than 30 of those postings on this forum. To reach 3000 - I had to do more than that - and I have.
You all know that I believe there are too many things taken too seriously here. Hopefully we can all strave to find a way not to take everything said here too seriously and too personal. Many times people are just joking and not intentionally try to insult.
This forum has been a great reasource - many of you out there have offer great information that is so interesting and I appreciate it all.
You know - the world is a different place and we are different people - basically that means we all wont get along. There is nothing wrong in that - its human nature. But, what we can do is try to tolerate each other. I am working very hard on that. Mostly alot of our disagreements can be resolved if we get together face to face and have a beer - but, thats not possible - so I guess we all must endevor to make an effort - me included.
King and Country is a great product and I really do appreciate all that Andy does to make it the World Leader. Its hard work and they - the staff of K&C, Andy & Gordon - never get enough credit for the work they do - IHMO.
Well time to wrap up. Thanks to Shannon and Peter for a great forum - thanks to Brad for his unbias moderating, just kidding... and thank all of you great Treefroggers for the wondeful discussions that make me want to come back again, again, again, again .... OK - I wont do that for 3000 times
