Spot on. Use WS40 + the Stug minus the sign and dead guy and you have a perfect Barbarossa scene.

Yeah, the grey-coloured Stug is yet another item in my looooooong October shopping list. I also like the DAK version.
Might be able to use the sign and dead guy with the FoB Brits and Vickers though. Maybe not the sign? Dunno, need to look in my copy of "Dunkirk - Fight To The Last Man".

I know the FofV Panzer IV is incompatible scale-wise, but I think with the addition of a half-decent base and substituting the grey Stug for the IV, these show the possibilities for a simple but stunning Barbarossa display.
Think I'll add these to the "Close Encounters of the Best Kind" thread cos I reckon I'm seeing a slight improvement in the quality of the snaps.

Good idea on adding WS46. I don't have this set. Need to reassess the Oct shopping list (yet again).

K & C HK HQ is still showing all of these items as available, not sure where the "sold out" idea is coming from to be honest.

And remember Ron, retired meansK & C HK HQ will not be producing anymore and once they sell out, there still are plenty in dealers hands, so it's not like you have to panic and your only avenue is now Ebay, I am sure plenty of dealers will have stock on these items at fair prices for some time to come..............

The advantage of controlling two languages and to be fair I never compel the market to my needs and never sell an item over the last price rearched on eBay.


So, if Donald Trump is fair, honest and has an open mind, then yes, I am like him (less the money of course ).

Is retiring the Kings German Legion a good move for K&C? Luckily for me I have them all and think they were an excellent addition to my Napoleonic troops. What to Froggers think Andy will come up with to replace them?
Kings German Navy perhaps?.....

I'm thinking KGL will be replaced by 95th Rifles. Same uniform, even more famous unit.

I have a very strong feeling we are going to see many more retirements coming up. Andy, certainly has great new items coming out and I am sure he needs to make room for them.
