:) Hello Again! Andy has shown a Prototype 6-Pounder Anti-Tank Gun and Crew? So, would this Artillery Piece , become Towable, so it could be Towed by DD59 ( RETIRED)?, or by one of the RED DEVIL Airborne Jeeps? Also, is their going to be made the Following ADD-ONS:---- MORTAR TEAM-- Vicker's MG Team ----Piat Team -----Ambulance Team? ----CROMWELL TANK --Sherman ( Firefly) Tank?

John,

I know there is going to be a PIAT team, presumably in December, but I don't know the answer to the rest of your questions.

I'm pretty sure Andy indicated that the 6 Pounder was towable by one of the Arnhem jeeps, which, in case you missed my earlier post are METAL like the original Arnhem Jeeps, only much more detailed. Really excellent stuff!

I don't know the answer to your suggestions, but I feel OK to say that Gordon mentioned that XXX Corps hasn't been forgotten! That was the British ground element (with armor and heavy equipment), so I think you may find a few of your desires likely to show up in that lot.

Patience my boy, patience!

Gary

Hi Louis
Any idea on why they have returned to metal on the new jeeps,
A test run for new releases or a one off ?
looking forward to the release of these ,K and C,s jeeps and wheeled
vehicles are my favourites.
Cheers Rob

I have no idea why they returned to metal for the jeeps, but I love that they did. Also, as Andy gave me the masters of the two LRDG Trucks as a gift, I don't know if this is true of production models, but the truck with the blue camo has a real metal chain wrapped around the front bumper, another excellent metal detail. I think the more metal detailing on K&C vehicles, the better they will look. The LRDG Trucks are real masterpieces!

your a lucky man Louis ,I,m patiently waiting on the arrival
of the first LRDG truck form Hong Kong , waiting ,waiting :).
Realy looking forward to getting my mits on these .

:) I agree with Louis, about Metal Jeeps and Artillery, and hopefully Armor! Polystone is OK to look at but, in Reality Metal is more HEAVIER and Realistic! And Tracks Move instead of Stationery; and Less Breakable! CIAO!

Hi Rob
This realy has been a big year in terms of releases , In the 3-4 years
[man has it been that long] I have been back into collecting ,I havent
seen so many things to add to the want list in such a short space of time.
I,ve hardly bought any german stuff at all this year, its mostlyl been US and
eighth army and with the release of K and C Lrdg,s [also figartis ] and the
Brit paras I think thats going too see the year out for me.[and into next]
If K and C release any Highlanders for their ww 1 range i,ll be sunk :)
cheers Rob

Hi Rob,

Couldn't agree more, this has been a bumper year and theres more to come!.I have been struggling to keep up to be honest.I want the LRDG/FJ's, Arnhem, second Crimean wave and i'd like to start my WW1 collection.(As you say Rob K&C Highlanders would be really good)Somehow i can't see me affording it all.On top of all that i love the look of Figarti's V weapons,it's no good i'm going to have to go back to bank robbing!!:eek::D

Cheers

Rob

Spot on Rob and Rob. This year has seen an explosion of stuff that i'd like to collect if only I had the money!
I've just bought quite a few of the FJ figures and I think my next purchase will be a LRDG Chevvy. With the jeep and DAK stug on my Christmas list!

After that i'll be looking at buying some of the Arnhem range.

I keep telling myself it's a marathon not a sprint. That the figures/vehicles I want will be around for ages. Only problem is that each month more stuff that looks good keeps on coming.

We need a slowdown! :)
