Am I the only one who's completely in love with John's WW1 tanks? They are just so stunning and lend themselves to displays so well.

Robo!

JJD tanks, vehicles and WWI Planes are exceptional! Would love to see some Germans in action.

His WWI Artillery sets are just as good along with his vehicles.

Before anyone corrects me his WWI Planes are in a world of their own just brilliant

Also the add on figures like the German crew rolling fuel drums to go with truck and with artillery pieces loads of ammunition boxes all adds to the effect

I have many of John's WWI planes and as has been mentioned they are exquisite works of art. I also have a couple of his WWI tanks and they too are terrific. John is all about detail.

Robo,

brilliant imagery showing the advance of armour into the German lines at the battle that took place in the latter stages of The Great War.

Yes, John's figures, equipment, vehicles and planes are first class, and thanks for displaying them here,

John

How terrified would you be seeing that monster coming out of the mist. Gee you have displayed this so well, a credit to you. Robin.

See the thing that gets me is imagine the dread on the German's faces when they hear the tracks approaching closer and closer, with the sloshing of boots hitting the mud and the whistle from the officers in the background. It's a terrifying thought, and just imagining as the the tank makes it's way out of the mist and you hear the machine guns open up. When I build these displays, I always imagine what it sounds like.

Thank you! I tried to capture the kind of misery they would have been experiencing and honestly how quickly they would get to their positions.

Yeah John truly is a master of his craft!

Superb diorama

Amiens
