and I can butture you I'm not a Wiki Historian {eek3} (just read a lot of books) but must admit I did have a bit of a concern regarding King Harold and his Huscarls.............

An email to Mr Jenkins has allayed my concern........ very happy now and much looking forward to this series ^&grin

Excellent figure sculpts. The poses are very dynamic. The arms and armor are accurate for the period and can serve as Vikings as well as Saxons IMO. Archers need to be added, as these were key to winning the battles of both Stamford Bridge and Hastings.

The episode where he's on Jeopardy is an all time TV classic, it's the gift that keeps on giving.

Would love to see our version of Cliff on that show........."And the categories are; Playmobil ships, Roman siege equipment, proper panzer yellow, brown and green shades, rivet counting and the exact measurements for every toy soldier ever created............I'll take Playmobil ships for 100.00 Alex".............
