I don't mean to bring up an old discussion but will this affect the things which we love being able to be sent over from HK?

Thank you!

Already has.
Cut and pasted this from K&C website:

As you are very well aware the outbreak of the dreaded ‘Coronavirus’ has played havoc with everyone travelling to, from and around China.
King & Country alas, is no exception. At present we have very limited access to our suppliers in China and they themselves have experienced great difficulty in getting their workers to return from their outlying provinces which many returned to for the Annual Lunar New Year festivities. The upshot is many of our February releases will be delayed until March at the very least. Obviously that means other releases for following months are also delayed and put back.Fortunately a few February items did manage to arrive in Hong Kong before the restrictions were put into place and they will be available . Here are the remaining items which would be available in upcoming March.

Dislocations in supply are inevitable.

Of larger concern, are the pharma products or chemicals necessary to make pharma products that are in short supply, some of which are medically necessary and some of which cannot be sourced anywhere else.

I still do some consulting for the company that acquired mine.
They are the world's largest electronic component distributor and have 26 offices
in China and South Asia. They also purchase many of their products from China,
Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
Many of their customers in Asia are holding back on orders as production is hampered
by factory closedowns and limited workers. Their suppliers have pushed out deliveries
and only supplying emergency orders for large customers. The feeling is that it will
get better in the next 60 to 90 days.
Taiwan is delivering better than most Asian countries but higher technology components
from Japan and South Korea see the delays. Japanese companies have many manufacturing
plants in China, Malaysia and Vietnam so some are up to speed but can't necessarily get
the raw materials they need.
Expect delays for the near term and we will know better on longer term outlook in the next
few months.
