KING & COUNTRY ROYAL NAVY FIGURES....Just wondering what the detail is like on these figures compared to today's figures of King & Country and are they matt?

Regards
WELLINGTON

I think the detailing is pretty good and they are matte. Didn't you just buy one? Thought you were going to bid on the others on ebay.

Hey Brad you are right...I havent got it yet...I contacted the other person you recommended and he is holding a set for me....

They are 1/32 scale and matt. In my opinion, the sculpting and detail does not compare to today's K&C figures.:)

Here are two of the figures from this series. I think the proportions of the body is wrong with the head too large and the legs too short.:(

Although they may not be as good as today's sculpting, Nelson's Navy, along with the more modern Royal Navy set, is a rather unique set. I really enjoy these figures and am glad I have both sets, including the Bugle Band.

Jeff,

I don't have my brochures in front of me but maybe 2000 or 2001. I happen to like these very much. These were the first non WW II K & C figures I owned.
