I like those old pieces. They are like so obliteratedly scarce now.

Haven't seen that one myself.
Reminds me of a 3 vehicle series made by some small company with Lido soldiers included. I had one boxed (a rocket launcher), but only showed line drawings of other two & I can't remember if there was ambulance. Trying to remember the name...I almost want to say Anchor...

Also reminds me a little of simplicity of large Payton vehicles.

Was the Rocket launching truck, basically a flatish lowboy trailer with narrow revolving pedestal in the middle ?

I'd be willing to bet late 50,s early 60's. The similiar piece I had had 1958 box date I think, but its long gone to check.

Yes the rocket truck is basically flat but looks like rocket pivoted up from the back.
I thank you for your help will give me a place to start my research on this one.

Found it.
Andy Gard Brinks armored car. The one pictured is battery operated but the same vehicle. Mine must have been a cheaper model meant for play.:)
Charlie:)

Thats pretty cool. Andy Gard made some WWII stuff, and you don't see them often at all. Probably is just plain version by same company as you say. The few AG pieces I've had, I don't think were marked with company name.
