Was just wondering if anyone else would love to see Gordons work in a book or some sort of reference material for us collectors. His dio's are so good that they really deserve to be published as a sort of guide for us mere mortals. With so many pics it would be a great handbook for K&C fans.

What do you reckon guys?:)

They are certainly amazing. Although rather than a book, I'd like to see some videos on how he does it.

I could never replicate any of his dios but sure would be interested in the process. Like the idea of a video!

good suggestion Rob, maybe K&C could create a special brochure for that.

Thank you Debrito, thats a good idea. Not a book but a brochure,i'm sure it would give dio makers some ideas to work with.

Rob,
Terrific idea, there are diorama books you can buy nowadays that show the work of specific world famous modelers, don't see why Gordon couldn't be showcased like that as well.......

George

Cheers George,it was just that speaking for myself i love looking at the dios in each issue of Collector and so a dedicated work of Gordons stuff would be something else.

Regards

Rob,
That it would, the canal diorama is stunning beyond words, he gets better and better with each release (if that is humanly possible)..........

Yup, its an excellent idea.
Why not both - a book that you can study over and over to pick out every last detail, and a how-to video.

Cheers

Might be a nice idea for Gordon to simply document the process of one of his projects step by step with corisponding pics?

Good idea.
Anything that will assist in developing techniques, skills or better ideas for dioramas is always welcome.
