Good question, that looks like a modern repaint to me, and there's always the exception to the 'rule' where WW2 paint schemes are concerned.
hello WP, when the Train will be ready to order please? This would be a great addition to the train section of my layout. I just need to check it out for placement on "live" track. As far as paint scheme, my research showed that factory grey was also used on the Panzerzug Typ 42/44. Does anyone know when this will be released?
That’s captured Soviet version, there’s a couple remaining all summer camo.Good question, that looks like a modern repaint to me, and there's always the exception to the 'rule' where WW2 paint schemes are concerned.
That’s soviet green, after reuse being captured. It was ostfront camo prior. There are several preserved camo trains still in existence. Included B&W photo of actual camo train in 1942, plus one preserved and illustrations according to German field manual.Good question, that looks like a modern repaint to me, and there's always the exception to the 'rule' where WW2 paint schemes are concerned.
