I can attest from trips to Finland that a reindeer steak tastes as a good as a ribeye

I had a friend who would take an annual hunting trip with family. They always brought back a couple deer. His uncle was a butcher who would smoke the meat. I remember eating venison sirloins that were pretty tasty. The deer jerky was great as well
