Delivery Day . . . On to Abilene (1 Viewer)

What a great group. Love the wagon/cook/campfire guys but everyone is outstanding. Looking forward to seeing them in some dios

Certainly enough here to combine with terrain and backdrop to make a marvellous scene Mike. Robin.

You're off to a great start, Mike. Once you get that backdrop and base set up, you'll need a town name. ;)
On a side note, did you notice the size difference between Lil' Carlos and Cowpoke Clay compared with the Chuck Wagon Five? My only complaint with the Real West/Cattle Drive figures.

Looking great Mike! Looking forward to seeing the progress! Are you planning on picking up the cattle too?

Thanks Rob. I haven't decided on a town or an open range scene yet. I'm learning toward an open range scene only because I don't have any buildings to make a town. As for the size difference - I didn't even notice because I have Clay and Carlos on the opposite side of the Chuck Wagon and away from the others. That wasn't planned, it just the way I initially placed them out on f their boxes. After reading your question I went and checked. There is a bit of a size difference especially poor Carlos. Wow, he's really thin compared to the "Chuck Wagon Five". He's obviously not eating enough beans 😉

THX Brendan. The Texas Longhorns are in my plans. I plan on picking up a few sets before they are gone since several are already retired. I was lucky to find CD008 yesterday and ordered it. I plan to order more Longhorns as well as a couple of the standing horses later this month.

Great sets Mike!
Sometimes, I feel like a kid at Christmas when the UPS truck pulls up-lol

It’s becoming a well worn path to your door Mike. The delivery guys will soon be able to do with their eyes closed. 😀. Robin.

Thanks Mike. Yes it is. Some good ole "Texas Red". If you are putting beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili
Mike
Texas Steakhouse chili is the best. No beans. Depends on the server, of course...
