Welcome to the world of the Song Dynasty’s legendary Beiwei Army.These four soldiers are inspired by one of ancient China’s most elite heavy infantry forces. Historically, the Beiwei served as the Song Empire’s iron fist, fighting fiercely against nomadic powers like the Jurchen Jin and, most famously, the unstoppable Mongol cavalry. Clad in layered armor and wielding bows, spears, and polearms, they stood as a desperate bulwark against the steppe warriors who swept across Eurasia. Though the Song ultimately fell to Kublai Khan’s hordes, the Beiwei symbolized the last, defiant roar of a dynasty unwilling to yield.

Absolutely; Ancient Chinese figures do extremely well in China, will be interesting to see how they impact WWII sales.
