I'm not sure of the 8th Army sets Kevin, but that Wood Merchant's House would work very well in my opinion. Mike

Another round of editing to the photo. Now the GI Chef doesn't look like he's on the side of a hill. Mike

    When's Chow Ready?!

I do too Steve. They take up less space, easier to stage, and best of all, you don't need to collect an opposing side. Mike

Another winning entry Tristan. Your display really shows off this tank hunter. Of all the German armor I have, John's winter Jagdpanther is one of my favorites. Mike

    When's Chow Ready?!

Nicely done Robin. Oh "deer" me. Not another reference to venison stew 😂🤣 Chris, salt is bad for your blood pressure. Lots of Hot Sauce will help to warm things up. Where's a "Bargain Basement" when you need one. I will be sure to "Telly" the Chef to take a look. THX Rob

    Life in the countryside

From the looks of the manor house, life in the country must be pretty good. Nicely done Paul. The Village Green series of civilians has some great period looking figures. I have a number of them myself for the pre Civil War time frame 1845-1860 Mike

    When's Chow Ready?!

Received these long retired pieces this afternoon, BBA045, "G.I. Chef" and BBA052, "Supplies Trailer - Winter". Very pleased with both sets, especially the "Chef". The trees are Pequot Pine Trees made by Dept. 56. I wonder what else the "Chef" can whip up using the supplies inside the trailer...
