Anyone have (or seen) these figures?

Thanks! Good call on the SAS - I'm actually going to paint up some of my old set. And I'm definitely picking up some of those zombie sets!

Anyone have (or seen) these figures?

I'm starting to paint up my Gentle Giant Walking Dead zombies (which are beyond awesome) and have been searching for some 1/32 scale police figures to accompany them. Unfortunately there isn't much to choose from except for a few dreadful-looking dimestore sets and some older (and decent)...

    Stepsons of France

Thanks! It's a lot of fun working with sand as a base and the figures are a joy to paint.

    Stepsons of France

And now travel back in time to the late 1800s, to the burning sands of North Africa...join the desparate, the disillusioned, the dastardly fellows who have left their pasts behind and joined the society of second chances. A time and place where death can lie behind every dune... A pre-dawn...

    One for the 4th

No, Carnahan is actually just a screen name. But Richard Hines did settle in that part of PA and is buried outside of Ellwood City.

Now for something different...What an imagination!

The zombies are a tie-in line for The Walking Dead by a company called Gentle Giant. Fantastic sculpting. I believe they may be putting out more sets in the future.

Looking for modern Middle East conflict figures

I know that Valiant miniatures has a few like the female IDF soldier and Arab Legionnaire, but are there any other companies that produce them?

    One for the 4th

In honor of Independence Day, I present a figure depicting my ancestor Richard Hines, who fought with the 2nd Rhode Island Regiment. After surviving the war he lived well into his 90s, finally perishing after falling into a bonfire at a festival. One family story claims he had been chasing after...

    Enamel Anomaly

It's been at least four years. And the figure had not been exposed to heat, chemicals, etc. Some figures that I painted with Testors primer have a mild gloss and somewhat rubbery feel, but this rifle is downright sticky.

    Enamel Anomaly

I just moved a few of my Napoleonics around on my shelf and noticed something strange. The rifle of a Black Cat Russian I worked on several years ago (which had come out quite glossy) was still tacky to the touch. Has anyone ever had this happen before?
