Yeah, there were a number of kit makers, and some figure makers, who made Schutztruppe figures. Monarch made kits, and I think Valiant did, too. And now that I think of it, Pickelhaube Miniatures made finished figures in his catalog. It's hard to tell, but it might be a Pickelhaube mounted...
