"Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so."
--Douglas Adams,

Brilliant! Many thanks for the link as I really enjoyed the info. I thought I would add some pictures that I posted years ago that may be of interest. Enjoy.

No worries Mitch as agreeing to disagree is A-OK by me as it should be. As for the second part re. cutting slack, etc. & the extent of the dispatches, you read too much into that. I did not feel like submitting another post regarding the dispatches so I added it on. I was simply amazed at the...
Mitch,
I think that in your case, the "P" should stand for "(P)atience". Why not wait till you see these figures live before volunteering such a negative critique? As for the Dispatches, I saw nothing remotely resembling "hidden" whatsoever. In short, just give the "Pathfinder" series a short...
Cheers Forum Squadron Members,
Here is some artwork covering the Wake Island battle and of course the Wildcat. The painting & lithograph release is titled "The Magnificent Fight" by John Shaw. Please enjoy the history!

Hi,
Check out the Show section as I posted quite a few pictures of the P-51 & USAAF releases under the 2013 West Coaster show sub-section.
Happy Hunting,
Marc
Carlos,
I expected no less than this excellent diorama from you...but I have to ask...where are the chopper(s)? Where is the youtube video & Codina soundtrack to go with it? I know, still in production.
Bravo,
Marc
Bravo Sandor. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. Keep up with the PT as I trust if West Point comes calling you will be going. Thank you for sharing the great news.
Best Regards,
Marc
All of this Home Guard / FOB talk forced me to dig up this photo I saved in one of my files. I thought it was fitting and I love the pose. Enjoy.

Did you know that Dorthy "Color Gal Nick" Nickerson was born & raised in Boston. She is a home town gal. This should keep you busy...

Thanks for pointing that out Mark. With Frontline being right next to Mike Tarantino (UCLA1967) and his vast selection of scale history as well as three days of soldier overload, I was lucky to recognize myself in the mirror!

Hi Brad,
I was thinking of the same thing-that being a finished figure & horse set and or even a kit. That painting really moves me. Tom's ideas regarding the flats & vignettes are interesting too. Frame that ceramic tile as I trust it will look sharp hanging on the wall.
Thanks,
Marc
I sent Vicki Read (Sales & Marketing) @ TGM an email to eliminate all of the guess work. The Rumpler looks sharp and I like the pilot figures too.
