These look very nice and would be my first JJD tank(s). I like the one that comes with the boxes best, however I would prefer a different barrel option. The gray barrel doesn't appeal to me.

This is a Dacian warrior by Bijato Miniatures from Russia. They produced several really nice enemies of Rome among others.

JJD's mounted pieces really stand out.

I agree Duke and I too still have many of the classic K & C Bulge range. The early BBA and BBG figures were the very best.

I think what you're seeing is sculpt modeling differences between artists. Stylistic diversity will often be apparent with different artists within facial characteristics for example, whether digital or manual sculpting, especially when the detail is very fine as with FL. For what it's worth...
