    First Legion Forthcoming Releases

There are a lot of amazing things in the works at FL, that's for sure! Holy cow. Question: The new lot of superb looking Vikings appear to have been designed by the same 3D sculptor who did the recent pirates. The pirates were reportedly on the larger side. Are the new Vikings scaled to match...

    Mass Battle paint trouble

I'm sorry to see this. It reminds me somewhat of many paint adherence issues I had with Figarti. This appears to be either damage from contaminated primer, contaminated paint, or more likely the entire figure surface was exposed to a caustic agent after being primed or after being painted. You...

    From Facebook NEW TIGER.

I like the WS381 winter tiger as well. It really packs a punch. I'm glad you're enjoying yours. For me the Kursk tigers don't have the same kind of impact / presence. They do appear to have less weathering, etc. as you noted. Congrats on securing a JJD tiger. That piece looks fantastic.

    "Assaulting the bunker"

That's outstanding work! I must say mission accomplished. Wonderful artistry throughout and great images. Thank you for sharing.

    From Facebook NEW TIGER.

I really like the figures on the S32 tank, but I'm going to have to pass on this Tiger. I got the WS381, and it's nicely done. So the Kursk tanks are certain to feature the same sharp & robust design. However, the 20% price jump from WS381 to these Kursk versions is a lot. Looking forward to the...

    Pirates ☠️??

I find it somewhat odd when a manufacturer's various ranges are sometimes scaled differently. With the sculpting methods used today I'd think it would be more consistent. Not that I'd want to display pirates with gladiators, but I like knowing in advance what size figure I'm getting when I pull...

    The Devil's in the Details

Rob, Is the model construction fairly robust/sturdy throughout? Thanks, Joe

    Allied Forces Needed

I hear you Rob. I picked up the K & C Bulge US tank riders, and they are nice figures. I've lost the enthusiasm I initially felt for the TG US trucks teased prior. I think it's better to show previews closer to the actual time of release.

News Update August 28, 2023 - Second World War German Armour - Tiger!

Brad, Although the 1/32 Figarti Tiger with full interior and crew is a wonderful model, I actually don't think it was even Figarti's best Tiger. Moreover, I think FL's and WP's Tigers are better models than any of Figarti's various Tigers.

    A Cold Break

News Update August 28, 2023 - Second World War German Armour - Tiger!

Looks great! It makes me think of one of my very favorite tigers, K & C's WS177 and its two great figures. Congrats to JJD and HR for this impressive big cat!

    A Cold Break

Duke, Your opinion and photos give me confidence in the figures. That's good news that the cigarettes are more appropriately scaled. I never liked previous oversized smokes. I know they were made that way for ease of manufacturing and strengthening purposes, but they just didn't look right.

    A Cold Break

I hadn't bought a K & C set in a while, but I bought these. They look particularly nice in K & C's promo pics. I'm looking forward to receiving them.

    Thoughts on Pirates

I think a pirate ship is a nice idea for sure, but I'd actually rather see a Viking ship done the FL way.

    Huge lot up for grabs

I agree Brad, and the strange thing is in this particular case I emailed the seller, and they didn't even bother to respond. It's odd to me to say you have a bunch of things to sell, and then don't even reply when someone expresses interest. So yeah, message board selling is definitely not...
