Hey, What do you folks think of EK Castings? Kolobob uses them now more than Pegaso and Andrea, etc. I think the sculpting is inferior and cheap. The cost is like $10 per kit. Not worth such a nice paint job! If this topic has been posted before forgive me. JW

Thought some of you might be interested. I have had this set for a long while and decided to put it up for auction. Beautiful set, hard part with. I bought this set along with my SOTW Prussian Landwher and WWI Russian infantry sets which I still have. Always liked the gem quality of SOTW.

Zach, Beautiful Arsenyev piece. I purchased the same piece from a long time collector recently. I will post some photos. I love seeing a different paint scheme on the casting.

Joe, Yes, in fact I think it is 3 to 1 just about. I might well save and cough-up the $1800 before paying the $600 for the Aeroart piece. The real question is if the Aeroart paint job is worth $600? Kolobob delivers much better paint work for less. I do agree with Alex, my favorite Aeroart are...

I think Thor was going for the Minnesota Viking look! Have you seen his new Caesar Borgia? Its cast by Arsenyev which I was happy to see, however, compare the "Aeroart" Paint Job to the Asenyev proto-type on the arsenyev web page. My God, like night and day!!
