A day late but a tribute the Royal Navy for sinking the Bismarck 27 May 1941. The 1960 film, Sink The Bismarck was a great film IMO.

On this date in 1775, exactly 250 yrs ago today, were fought the Battles Of Lexington and Concord with the shot heard round the world. These followed the ride of Paul Revere, and others, to warn "the regulars are coming" (not the British are coming, as we were all British at the time).

Anyone seen this one? Looks good and I ordered the DVD.

While watching the WWII documentary by George Stevens (famous director who headed up a US Army film crew) D Day To Berlin, I noticed an M-3 tank in a convoy with M-4s moving thru France. It had the 75mm gun but the 37 had been removed. I can find no reference for these tanks serving in France...
