Just proves my point, the norm is accepting and saying "Kudos, great job in responding, Exceptionaly done, five stars out of five.. instead of we will do better in the quality control.. Some people like Napo1onier, expect to have something wrong on the products that was bought, that is norm...

Kudos, great job, tip of the hat should be given to something exceptional, not on responding to something that went wrong. That would be sad, because the bar for exceptional is so low, as just responding to a complaint..

Lets tip all our hats when there are no more issues, or should we consider that the norm?lets spend money on a hobby, that the norm is " there might be issues, that we missed" how is a curved on a tank, that shouldn't be there, be acceptable?? We should expect a better quality control, not be a...
